Financial Information
Campbell County Christian Academy is a private Christian school and will not receive government funds, other than the student awarded Education Freedom Scholarships (Vouchers). Therefore, it is necessary for fees and tuition to be paid when due. CCCA uses FACTS Tuition Management which gives flexible options so that parents can select what works best for their family. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards. Payments may be spread over the remaining months in the school calendar. All tuition-related financial transactions must go through FACTS. The school can no longer accept payments.
CCCA provides tuition assistance through the FACTS Grant & Aid Program. This online program verifies each family’s situation and recommends an award amount. Income taxes must be uploaded. All families must re-apply every year for tuition assistance.
If you have multiple students enrolled at CCCA, and you don’t qualify for the tuition assistance with FACTS or receive the Education Freedom Scholarship, then you qualify for the multiple student discount. The first child will pay the regular price. The second child will receive 5% off the tuition. The third child will receive 10% off the tuition price. The fourth child will receive 20% off the tuition price.
Remember that CCCA’s Tuition Assistance Program allows families to pay different amounts based upon financial need and therefore, all families are encouraged to apply with the FACTS Grant Program. (No tuition assistance is available for PreK4 children).
